#KoziComfort One of the final herbs we use in all of our Kozi Herbal Wraps is cinnamon. Cinnamon is made from the inner bark of a tree that is native to Sri Lanka, the bark has a long history of being used in food and medicine. This tree is a member of the Cinnamomum family, many trees belong to this family all producing some variety of cinnamon from the bark that comes from inside of the tree. Today the tree is grown in places like Sri Lanka, Madagascar and the Republic of Seychelles, among others. The color of the spice depends on the region which it’s grown in, some are more deep browns and others are more reddish colors, these different appearances also coincide with differing tastes and smells. Researchers have found that cinnamon is great for use as a physical and emotional pick-me-up. We use it in our Kozi products as an anti-spasm to help your muscles let go of the daily stress and tension that has built up. By helping to relax those stiff muscles and joints your blood can flow freely and circulate out all the built up toxins. Cinnamon not only stimulates the body, but it is believed that it can help one to concentrate longer as well. When using your Kozi Herbal Wrap, you can smell the subtle yet invigorating and uplifting smell of cinnamon which helps you to #relax #release and #restore
